Food Safety Company Win First Place in Contact Centre Awards

professional customer service
AsureQuality, the state owned provider of food safety and
biosecurity assurance services has won first place in the Public
Services/SOE category at the annual CRM Contact Centre Awards.
The Awards, run by CRM Consulting Ltd and held at the Auckland
SKYCITY Convention Centre, measure how call centres respond to
customer enquiries both on the phone and on the net.
The company has 1700 staff, based in sites both in New
Zealand and Australia.
AsureQuality said it was great to see the team’s hard work
recognized.
