FedEx Delivers Outstanding Customer Service

Canada -- FedEx Express Canada has won an international
award for outstanding customer service. It has received the Best of the Best
Americas Award presented by Contact Centre World.
The award recognizes companies that deliver excellent
customer service while focusing on the performance culture of its employees.
Customer service managing director Patsy Bertoia said "The customer
experience is our key competitive advantage and we are the customer
experience. Research shows that our customers agree."
