USA - EchoSign and SugarCRM Integrate to Offer Cloud-based Contract Management to CRM Users

solutions to provide comprehensive e-signatures and contract
management to users on the Sugar Open Cloud.
The integration between SugarCRM and EchoSign gives customers
the ability to send contracts for legally binding e-signatures
directly from SugarCRM, view real-time contract history, and
auto-associate and save esigned contracts with the opportunity
or contact in SugarCRM.
This integration allows users to collaborate, negotiate and share contracts and sales data in the cloud, generating faster time-to-sales. Users will experience increased sales productivity and shortened sales cycles so they can close more business.
Agreements can be sent for signature from SugarCRM and contract data can be shared across departments – sales, marketing, professional services, finance, and legal - providing measurable and manageable return on investment.

In-person signing: Allows sales reps to access contracts
immediately via iPads or laptops for those contracts that need
an in-person signature.
Contract expiration dates: Enables sales reps to add a contract
expiration date to assure that agreements are not available for
signature indefinitely.
Easy contract management features: Executed
agreements are automatically stored to the record from which
they were generated.
Global signing: Signers can electronically sign documents in
their native language. More than 20 international languages are
supported including Japanese and simplified Chinese.
