USA - HSN Inc. rewarded for customer focus
HSN Inc., the interactive multi-channel retailer has been ranked
highly for its customer service in a new survey.
The survey, by the National Retail Federation Foundation and
sponsored by American Express ranked HSN Inc. in the top 10 of
retailers.
It is also reported that the company, which gets 30 percent of
its business from its online shopping website, hsn.com has
beaten analyst earnings forecasts for the third quarter ended
September 30, 2009.
