Customer Wins TV Survey Prize

USA -- Guy Daniel a WestStar TV subscriber, got lucky when he responded to the company's request to complete a feedback survey.

He was successfully picked out of a live draw which took place on WestStar TV's live Daybreak morning show last month. His reward? A 30-inch flat screen Plasma TV.

Pamela Small, Customer Care Manager said “We would like to thank all those that participated. Customers were very generous in offering their opinions and making suggestions and we’re hoping to use this valuable information towards making some positive changes in 2007”.

The survey consisted of questions on the quality of WestStar’s customer service, cable TV and technical service and asked customers to rate quality of service received and offer their comments and suggestions.
