Customer Service Outsourcing Company Adds New Jobs

USA: Stream Global Services, Inc, a leading business process outsourcing provider, will create up to 200 new jobs in Watertown, New York.

The new positions - telephone customer service agents, customer support staff and managers - will provide customer support to Stream's new client, a leading satellite provider.

Tim Read, site director at Stream's Watertown facility said, "Winning this major client contract is terrific news for Stream and our employees here in Watertown. It provides an avenue for our current employees to learn a new line of business and take advantage of new career growth opportunities."

It is hoped that Stream will help grow the business, potentially creating more job opportunities in the Watertown area.
