The Customer is King at Feedback Activator
United Kingdom - FeedbackActivator.com invites anonymous feedback
Whether its Mary Portas with her Secret Shopper programme or
the cases championed by the BBCs Watchdog, Britains consumers
have much to challenge and ideas to recommend.
But when it comes to car hire companies that drive us round the
bend, banks that make our blood boil and stores that provide
service without a smile, the customer isnt always king these
days.
With this in mind, a new solution called Feedback Activator will
be launched shortly.
The service invites consumers to post honest and anonymous
feedback about their experiences, so that managers of stores and
businesses can read it and take decisive action to improve
products and customer service.
Whether the consumer has visited a restaurant, fitness centre,
florist, store or estate agency, any impressions and thoughts
can be communicated immediately via FeedbackActivator.com using
a smart phone, iPad or any other computer.
It's possible to send in feedback about any business, and the
manager of registered ventures will know instantly if customers
are happy or if remedial action is needed. The web-site is as
simple to use as an app and theres no login or password.
Consumers who submit feedback will be entered into a monthly
draw to win a gift voucher of their choice, and can also enjoy
the knowledge that theyre taking a positive step towards
improving products and customer experiences.
Ivan Skrypka, founder of FeedbackActivator.com, commented:
"Too often, we moan to friends about the poor service weve
received or about a bad product, but dont do anything to change
the situation with the people who matter i.e. the store managers
and business proprietors. With Feedback Activator anyone can
provide feedback about a business or store they've visited and
help improve standards of customer care and products throughout
the UK."
Plans exist to take Feedback Activator to other countries after
it is launched in the UK.
About FeedbackActivator.com
Founder Ivan Skrypka has been working in the consumer goods
business for about six years, so he understands the benefits of
feedback from both a customers and a managers point of view. The
idea for FeedbackActivator.com came with the realisation that
customers would like to see things improve but until now have no
central place for giving feedback. The project has been in
development for two years and launches on Monday May 23, 2011.
