Integrating Microsoft Outlook email into a client?s historical notes in Tigerpaw enables customers to store and view a rich history of Outlook email correspondence for clients and prospects.

The same process occurs when you send emails out of Outlook, so that all email correspondence ends up in the journal notes making it easy to track client and prospect correspondence forever - regardless of what is done with the original emails.
