USA -- According to a report by San Diego-based
Services & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) the market for CRM
and customer service software remains boyant.
The report found that organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue
would next year spend around $565 million on e-service, CRM, contact
center and field service technology. Small and midsized businesses (SMBs)
will spend approximately $884 million.
Findings of the report compliment the above with company's spending
budgets -- 17% have a budget of more than $10 million for service and
support technology and 31% having a budget between $1 million and $10
million.
