Council Recognized for Great Service

Staff from Devon County Council, England will be recognised for their
commitment, customer care and service at an awards ceremony.
The work of 22 staff members and teams from all areas of the council will be
honoured at the customer service awards at County Hall.
Last year the council's customer service centre handled more than 10,000
enquiries each month and assisted older people to claim almost £6million in
unclaimed benefits.
There were over 90 nominations for the awards, made by work colleagues.
