Convergys Hiring 40 Customer Care Managers

USA - Convergys Corporation has 40 customer care positions to fill

Potential candidates from Seminole, Orange, and surrounding counties are invited to attend one of two Information Sessions from 10 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, to learn more about the positions. Both sessions will take place at Convergys, 225 International Parkway, in Lake Mary.

"Our care managers serve as the single point of contact for these customers, so they are responsible for managing communications and resolving any issues that may arise," said Michele Griffin, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Lake Mary.

"We're looking for service oriented individuals with project management experience and who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills."

Successful candidates also should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and strong computer and keyboarding competency. Employment with Convergys also is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
