Convergys Corporation a global leader in relationship management, is seeking candidates from throughout the Salt Lake City metro area for customer service and sales positions at its contact center in the Murray/Taylorsville vicinity.

Convergys invites potential candidates to attend a Recruitment Open House from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, at Convergys, 860 West Levoy Drive, to learn more about the positions.

New employees will support Convergys clients in the financial services, cable/satellite, or travel industries.

Mike Johnatakis, site leader for the Convergys contact center in the Taylorsville area, said:

"Convergys currently is hiring for three customer service programs in the Salt Lake City area, we have customer service/sales opportunities with financial services and cable/satellite clients, which require taking inbound customer calls, handling questions, and providing information on products and services. We also are looking for customer service-oriented individuals to provide information on client services and vacation destinations."
