Contact Center Ranked First for Customer Service

Australia - Customer Service Benchmarking, Australia Ranks UWS No.1
A contact center operated by The University of Western Sydney
has been ranked first in a national survey of best customer
service and first impressions.
Customer Service Benchmarking, Australia placed UWS sixth out of
200 businesses overall in it's quarterly survey.
The survey revealed an average contact centre connection time of
18 seconds, 30 seconds faster than average.
Calls at the centre are handled by university students who are
employed as contact service officers.
