CompuCredit Recognized for Customer Service Training
USA: Training magazine has recognized CompuCredit Corporation as a "Top 125" company.
The results, based on the quality of its customer service
training were announced at Training magazine's annual awards
gala in Atlanta, Georgia.
CompuCredit were ranked 24th overall and recognized for its New
Hire Training program for Customer Service Representatives
(CSR).
The program, which is run over four weeks, features
orientation, policy and procedures training, and soft skills
development. Activities include mock calls, case studies, and
face-to-face coaching.
"We are delighted to be recognized as a leader in training and
development," said John DeMonica, Senior Vice-President,
Director of Operations. "Our training personnel design and
deliver the highest level of customer-service training for our
employees, who in turn provide excellent service to
CompuCredit's customers."
