My company offers a SaaS model product that enables non-profits to raise more money online. Our service reps own their accounts and can have a direct impact on the amount of money an organization raises using our product.
We've set a baseline for average net revenue per account and are looking for X% increase. (TBD)
Does anybody have experience with incenting their reps in a situation like this? If so how have you seen it working so that it's good for the rep and good for the business? What %'s have you seen in give-back to the rep if any?
Thanks.
