Hi Everyone!!
I work for a small 20 employee company and have just been tasked with establishing our company's CS call center. We are looking to begin with 4 stations and hopefully will expand in the coming years to 20 stations.
I am loooking for some recommendations on CRM software. A program or system that is reasonably priced, scaleable and proven.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi Scott
You may want to have a look at this website http://www.salesforce.com/uk/
Have a look through the demo and see how you feel. Whilst there is a strong presence of sales and marketing, the service does offer customer service functions. Also you might want to consider using Service Cloud 2 which is also a part of sales force's range and more about customer service.
Either way if you register someone will call you and can discuss your businesses needs.
Good luck.

Hi Scott,
I had been looking for software for quite a while and found a wonderful product called PhaseWare. It took us about a month to go live, we converted from a 1999 version of Remedy. I went for a hosted solution and a 5 concurrent user license. The concurrent license option was great for us because we have multiple shifts and the users do not overlap.
I could give you a go-to-meeting demo if interested and you can check out Phaseware.com and YouTube for information. My number is 508-490-5910, I am located in Southborough MA.
Good luck!
Don
