I am putting together a service training program for a client and communication skills have come up as a very important topic given the current organization's culture. Does anybody know where I could get information regarding the importance of communication in service, attributes of effective communication, do's and dont's, exercises, etc. Do you know any book that covers these issues? Thank you very much. Fernando
