Hi, I manage a call center with a remote location in another state. What's happened is that our remote location is now larger than our home office. It is cheaper to hire out of state and due to attrition and promotions, the home office is now half the size of our second site. We have no plans to hire in the home office. Does anyone have any suggestions how we can overcome this imbalance?

Move?
But seriously...is this problematic? Why or how?

I don't understand the question either ... do you have enough people to handle the call volume or is there too much down time with no calls?
