Hi there,
My name is Jason and I manage the customer service operations for a rapidly growing .com
We are currently in negotiations with rightnow technologies regarding a CRM system and any advice or input from past experiences that anyone would care to share would be great, including ballpark figures on license costs and preferred optional applications.
