My name is Shane. I'm the Customer Service Manager for a retail home furnishings company. I've worked in retail since I was 15. Before going into retail management, I was a family life pastor and chaplain. I have both Big Box and Multi-Unit experience. In my current role, I oversee; Returns, Phones/Resolution, Greeters, Carts, Cash Office, Cash Lanes, and Furniture Pick Up.
