City Rolls Out Customer Service Surveys

USA - Customer service surveys will soon be available to the public in each New Bedford city office that serves the public.

The mayor's office announced that the customer service surveys are part of an initiative to ensure the greatest level of services for the public, and to solicit ideas for innovation in city practices.

The survey, which is limited to one page, will gather customers' experiences with regard to the service received while conducting city business. Customers will also be asked to offer ideas and suggestions for improvements.

Participants will be able to access the survey at the city's Web site (www.newbedford-ma.gov). Completed surveys can also be returned to the Office of Personnel, Room 212, City Hall.
