Chinese Customer Service Expectations

 

According to the Accenture Global Customer Satisfaction Survey, customer service expectations around the world are on the rise.

Chinese customers report the highest increase in service expectations. 75 percent of Chinese consumers questioned say that they have higher expectations for customer service compared to a year ago.

Among all countries, more than 30 percent of the consumers questioned say they expected better service than they did 12 months ago. More than 50 percent report that their expectations are higher now than five years ago.

The customer satisfaction study surveyed more than 3,500 customers in USA, China, Brazil, UK, Australia, Canada and France.
