Chevrolet Rated Highest for Customer Satisfaction
China - Customer Service Index ranks SGM-Chevrolet Highly
The latest results of the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2010 Customer Service Index Study for automotive dealer satisfaction have been released.
SGM-Chevrolet scored 875
out of a possible 1,000 points and
Substantial gains were made in customer
satisfaction across the board.
According to the survey, other leading
automotive brands also scored well.
Guangqi Honda scored 874, Dongfeng Honda; 871,
Roewe; 869; and Dongfeng Peugeot; 864.
The survey questioned 11,678 vehicle owners who
visited a recognized auto dealer in China for
repair or maintenance work in February and May
2010.
The J.D. Power China Customer Service Index Study focuses
on the following key customer satisfaction measures:
- Service quality
- Vehicle pickup
- Service initiation
- Service advisor
- Service facility
