Caribou Coffee Named Customer Service Champion

USA - Caribou Coffee honored by J.D. Power and Associates

Caribou Coffee, the second-largest company-owned premium coffeehouse operator in the United States, has been honored with a prestigious award for customer service.

The company is the only specialty coffee company to be recognized in this way this year.

Darren Miles, senior director of operations for Caribou Coffee said:
