Canadian Consumers Want Good Customer Service

Canada -- A recent survey by TD Canada Trust has revealed
that four out of every five Canadian customers believe their customer
service experiences impact their shopping habits. It was also found that 60
per cent of those questioned had actually complained in writing about poor
customer service.
Other findings revealed that 70 per cent of consumers thought customer
service was better in Canada than in the USA. Despite this, less than
two-thirds of respondents reported having experienced great customer service
in the past month.
