Call Center & Customer Service Awards Winners
United Kingdom - Stars of European customer service recognized
The "best and brightest" shining stars of customer service
have been revealed at a lavish awards ceremony held in the
London Hilton.
The event saw the coming together of the 2011 European Call
Center Awards and the National Customer Service Awards, in what
head of judges Claudia Hathway deemed a successful move "to
create one single event that celebrates the best and the
brightest the industry has to offer."
Guests in the packed ballroom were treated to a barrage of
one-liners from comedian Stuart Francis.
The funny man was complimented by a dance routine from
Britain's Got Talent stars Twist and Pulse, before the serious
business of recognising the individuals and teams deemed by the
judges to have that something
special.
