Broadband Provider Tops Customer Satisfaction Polls
Australia - Internode leads the market for customer satisfaction
Australian broadband leader Internode has maintained its
spectacular record of success by topping independent customer
satisfaction surveys run by Roy Morgan Research and PC Authority
magazine.
From a survey of more than 6000 Australian Internet customers in
the six months to September 2010, Roy Morgan reports that
Internode remains the market leader with customer satisfaction
of 97 per cent.
Compared with the six months to March 2010, Internode’s
ranking rose from 94.3 per cent while overall customer
satisfaction with Internet Service Providers increased just one
per cent to 73 per cent
In a separate survey of more than 11,000 respondents, PC
Authority reports in its Best Tech Awards 2010 that "a whopping
92 per cent of Internode users were satisfied or very satisfied
with the ISP’s customer service".
It was also noted that 96 per cent of customers would
recommend Internode to others. Internode scored a maximum
six-star rating for reliability, customer service and overall
performance.
Internode is Australia's largest privately owned broadband
service provider, with 450 employees and more than 190,000
customers nationally using its internationally-linked
IPv6-enabled network.
During the past 18 months, the company has repeatedly topped
customer satisfaction surveys conducted by independent
organisations including Roy Morgan Research, Canstar Blue and
Choice.
Roy Morgan Research is a specialist in recontact customised
surveys which provide qualitative and quantitative information
regarding customers and target markets.
