Broadband Companies Care for Customers
United Kingdom: According to a study by comparison website Broadband Genie,
BT and Sky offer the best customer service and technical support.
The comparison site posed as customers to rate the customer
service levels of six leading UK Internet Service Providers. The
Broadband companies were ranked on cost, information given, call
centre availability and technical support.
Broadband Genie's editor Chris Marling, said:
"There were marked differences between all the providers that
could make all the difference to a consumer. It just goes to
show how important it is to do some research before committing
to a potentially lengthy contract."
