British Airways Call for Customer Service Improvements
Posted 28th January 2008
UK -- Leading airline British Airways (BA) has called for
customer service
quality targets to be improved at London's Heathrow Airport.
The airline has asked the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) not to delay the
introduction of new customer experience targets.
BA has also made public it's concerns about security control posts and the
effect they are having on flight take-off times.
The airline is to provide the CAA with evidence for a review of BAA
airports which is currently taking place.
