Banking Staff Receive Customer Service Award

Posted 28th March 2006

United Kingdom -- The Middlesbrough branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland has been recognised as the top site in the UK for customer service.

The team beat off stiff competition from 650 other UK branches, in the Royal Bank of Scotland’s service level measurement program.

As part of the program all branches are monitored to make sure that high standards are maintained and where necessary, improvements made.

The program, which has been running for several years, solicits feedback from customers to build up a picture of service levels from the customer’s point of view.

Paula Flanagan, regional manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland presented the Customer Driven Branch Award to members of the Middlesbrough staff.
