Switzerland - Temenos platform designed for customer centricity

announced that Dom Maklerski BZ WBK, Poland has successfully
gone live with WealthManager, an industry-leading front-office
platform designed to achieve client centricity and give
financial advisors a holistic approach to wealth management.
DM BZ WBK is the leading brokerage house in Poland and is part
of Bank Zachodni WBK, Poland’s third largest bank.
The rapid seven month implementation has provided DM BZ WBK with
an integrated, end to end wealth management solution combining
relationship management, advisory and portfolio management
functionality to help increase client service, retain market
leadership, grow revenues and migrate the business from an
execution-only to a fee-based business.
The implementation process included configuring the solution to
fully support the Polish language. The project also included a
comprehensive risk profiling with classification of clients
based on their investment profile. This supports investment
managers in defining appropriate investment proposals according
to client requirements, investment objectives and constraints,
allowing their service to customers to be more active and to
improve compliance.
