American Express Leads in Customer Satisfaction

USA - American Express has come top of the list of credit card companies that gave the greatest satisfaction to customers.
According to a credit card satisfaction survey by J.D. Power and
Associates, AmEx ranked top for the second year in a row.
The 2008 survey mesaured 18 credit card issuers' customer
satisfaction accross five areas:
Interaction
Billing and payment processes
Fees and rates
Reward programs
Benefits and services.
American Express scored a customer satisfaction rating of
783/1,000 points. Average score for the credit card industry was
724/1,000.
