BAA Reward Employee With Trip To Hawaii

USA -- Grace Gerald was awarded a trip for two to Hawaii for her exemplary customer service.
Grace, who works at Starbucks at the AIRMALLŪ at Boston’s Logan
International Airport earned her reward for demonstrating her
dedication to customers.
The Quarterly Customer Service Award is one of the ways BAA
strive to maintain high-level customer satisfaction at Boston’s
Logan International Airport and at all BAA USA AIRMALLŪ
locations.
The next Quarterly Customer Service award winner, who will to
be announced in April, will also receive a special prize.
